We are currently taking orders for two roasts: our Hedgehog Espresso Roast, which is a house blend suitable for both espresso and cafetiére; and our Decaffeinated Columbian roast, also suitable for all coffee makers.

We hope to offer a range of varietal coffees from around the world, and, demand permitting, we may offer a roast specially blended for those cafetiére users who prefer a lighter flavor.
